Welcome to Muggles 'R Us! This blog will be devoted to discussing all things Harry Potter: books, movies, characters; the whole shebang! Through posts I hope to initiate and continue good discussions about our beloved Potter world. The question I am choosing to start with is probably one of the most basic ones of all: Which book and/or movie did you like the most?
For me it is super hard to choose favorites, but I do know I've read the seventh book the most and I think the fith movie was the worst, but still really good, of course.

yo yo yo diggity dawg. my name is tyrone, i'm from the burbs, where your blog is really big. i just gotta say, muggle to muggle, the fourth book was probs my favorite. i feel like that's when rowling really began to portray the characters as more of young adults then just wand-brandishing kids still fascinated with magic. it was also when she began to add some of the darker elements that really make the books what they are.
ReplyDeletehello alex! I was so excited to discover this blog on your facebook page :) i have to say the sixth book was most likely my favorite. the development of harry and ginny's relationship was very satisfying, as were some of the more humorous parts, such as the pigmy puff/hyprogriff tatoo.the sixth movie was also quite good :)
ReplyDeletethe first book. so cute.

ReplyDeleteI like Hermione. I think the people sining it were clever, but maybe they were just jealous that they aren't as close with Harry and especially Ron! I know I'm jealous

ReplyDeleteHey Alex! Which do you think is better... The books or the movies?
ReplyDeleteI have to say the fourth or fifth were my favorite books. I've read them the most. As for the movies, I haven't loved one more then the other. I think they're all decent.

ReplyDeleteI think the books are better, as with most books into movies, hands down. What do you think?
I have to say that I can not decide because they are all so great. If i had to pick i would say any of the later ones. Not the first 2 at least.

ReplyDeleteIt is said that nargles are creatures that infest misletoes. They just do mischeevious things. I imagine them to be like flea sized pixies, but there is never a physical description.
